So Chris and I recently decided to join Crossfit. In all honesty the best description I can think of for it is: crazy. The workouts are crazy therefore making the individuals willing to pay for that kind of torture completely crazy.
Our goal is to go 3 times a week and I will keep you updated of our progress as we go through this new journey to fitness.
Tonights workout:
Warm up #1: 10 big arm circles l/r
10 little arm circles l/r
10 good mornings
10 pull throughs
10 knee circles
Warm up #2: (2 rounds)
5 lunges (each leg)
10 sdhp (sumo deadlift high pull) m/53 w/25
10 push ups
10 situps on ab mat
100 single jump ropes
WOD: 800 m run
40 wall ball
30 pull ups
400 m run
30 pull ups
30 wall ball
200 m run
At this point in my crossfit career I'm too f'n tired to even care about the time I made. I'm just glad I finished without dying... or throwing up.
